My stay at the hotel was terrific, with very comfortable beds in clean rooms, although the carpet showed signs of age. The availability of hot water was a plus point, making my stay even more enjoyable. The service was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff, including the concierge and doorman. The location was perfect for my short visit, situated in a great area for walking and close to various activities and points of interest. However, the noise from the air conditioning was a slight inconvenience. Overall, a classy and comfortable experience.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel is right in the heart of the city, just a block away from Millenium Park and close to great dining options.
