My stay at the hotel was terrific, with very comfortable beds in clean rooms, although the carpet showed signs of age. The availability of hot water was a plus point, making my stay even more enjoyable. The service was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff, including the concierge and doorman. The location was perfect for my short visit, situated in a great area for walking and close to various activities and points of interest. However, the noise from the air conditioning was a slight inconvenience. Overall, a classy and comfortable experience.

The hotel room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but a bit smaller than expected. The bed was very cozy, and the Molton Brown shower supplies were a nice touch. However, the air conditioning was a bit noisy, waking me up. The service was friendly and accommodating, although it seemed a bit pricey. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major sights and shops. The dining experience was above average but not worth the high price. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor drawbacks.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel is right in the heart of the city, just a block away from Millenium Park and close to great dining options. The rooms were an absolute dream - spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired as the prices were on the steep side for what was offered. Overall, a fantastic value for the money with unbeatable location and exceptional rooms.

Although there was no onsite dining due to current restrictions, the hotel went the extra mile by providing a convenient to-go box for us. The quality was good, but prices were a bit high for what was offered. The limited service and unfriendly server were a downside, but the food itself was tasty.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few downsides. The spacious room had everything necessary but had been rented out for a function, which was a bit inconvenient. The bathroom was top-notch, especially the shower head, providing a great shower experience. However, I found it a bit pricey after paying for the room.
